Doubtful based on Gr8tdame's experience and where they've been exercising BWV. Your only hope is that they don't need any June points or that they satiated their need already.

JHank44 what are the odds. What is your formula in layman terms so I can try to figure it out on my next contract?

I just view it as an annuity. As members, we get a room for MFs which is much cheaper than what it costs at rack rate (or even discounted rack rates) or renting from other members. I view the coupon as the Rental Rate - MFs, which you can say as basically $13-$6 = $7 per point. You get X points per year for Y years so simply X * Y * $7 is the value of the points. However, you need to take into account discounting (i.e. value of a $1 today is more than a $1 in future given the time value of money). So for every year T in the future you need to multiply coupon $7 * 1/(1+r)^T where r is the discount rate. R is the unknown so I solve r to be where contracts are passing (see my previous post for simplified annuity formula). As I said before, this ignores inflation but it helps give a guide.

As for dizkrazkate contract, using my formula I see it as likely to be taken with fair value around $108. The banked points are not be valued appropriately by the seller.

It is hard to find a seller that will pay pay MF. That is a loaded contract! Nice!
