We placed an offer on SSR and I was worried our $83 pp was too low after our brokers reaction. This makes me hopeful! Congrats!!!!

I'd suspect that's just your broker pushing the price up; it only benefits him if the price is higher if his pay is via commission. After talking to ours he seemed to indicate anything over $75/point was passing so long as the buyer paid closing costs and current MFs.

I figured the worst that happens is that Disney exercises their ROFR so I went with $75.

Congrats on everyone passing! I was on day 16 and hoping that mine passed as well after seeing the boards but my broker said they have not hear anything yet. I submitted a week after so hoping it will come through next week.

By chance has anyone created a spreadsheet with all of this information? I'm thinking each resort could be its own worksheet within Excel.

If not, I might go for it -- but before I reinvent the wheel, it'd be nice to know if someone has already done the heavy lifting.

OMG the final week of the 30 day window is the worse! We submitted on 4/22 and I refresh my email so many times a day.

I would contact your broker and question status.... seems to trigger them to do some digging and get back to you.
