Today was great news that I got closing documents on my AKL.
2 hrs later I get the email that Disney took BWV.

My new favourite person, ScubaCat, has created a super-duper, easy, functional ROFR data formatter.

I will update the title of the thread and post this on the first page as well. If everyone could please use this going forward, and post the string it spits out, I would SO appreciate it! It will mean I don't have to keep multiplying people's PP to see if they are missing costs, etc.

Our deposit was sent to the attorney handling the closing the same day we submitted for ROFR and they cashed it! 15 days into estoppel and no docs yet!

Way to go, Scubacat!! Sweet! Very simple to use. Now I'll have to go buy another contract just so I could use it! :ssst:
 
Sorry I incorrectly submitted, I didn't pay attention that I didn't include all fees in my price, here it is the correct way :) I see there is a quite a few SSR listings becoming available! Hopefully that's a good thing and Disney won't exercise their ROFR!

Woohoo, I got a favourite with the "U", so I must have really done something right.

If anyone has any trouble, questions, issues, or best of all suggestions, please let me know, either post here or PM me. Feel free to try it out even if you don't have a contract pending. It does NOT store any information. It's a pretty basic web page, thrown together in just a few hours in notepad++. I'll make it look "prettier" as time goes on, but it serves it's purpose for the moment. (I just cobbled it together with some oldschool HTML since the initial purpose was to teach myself some really basic JQuery stuff.)

Please do use the tool going forward, as it will save our beloved thread moderator/organizer a ton of time in reformatting all the entries. And, it's a LOT easier than trying to construct that line manually. I must have edited my first one 5 times and I still think I did it wrong looking back. Again, contact ME if you have an issue with the tool, not Pangyal. Anything else in this world you can send her way. (I'm pretty sure she accepts leftover disney gift cards that you don't want anymore... ;) )

Thanks, everyone, for all the contributions to this board. It's great therapy for those in limbo. I know I read it often while I had contracts pending, and it's always interesting to watch the trends. Keep them coming!
