STK in disney springs at dinner time is like trying to eat your meal at coachella with the worst possible DJ playing music blaring in your ear and someone yelling! The food isn't bad, it's decent but it's just super noisy and imo nothing unique about it. I'd say it's a chain, pseudo-high end steakhouse that's likely more popular for late teens/20s/30s to go on dates, and post about it. If you have a del friscos, mccormick and schmicks or ruth chris near you then it's def not worth going there. If you want a steak at WDW, you can get a better steak at Steakhouse 71 and it's not near as loud.
