I'm working with dvcbyresale.com on this deal. For my own information, how do you calculate an effective price of ~$75?

If you value 2016 and 2015 points at $10-13 for each year, which you get for free, it's pretty much in the 70s

This thread can be an invaluable tool for buyers looking for some help when researching the most up-to-date prices for DVC contracts on the resale market, so I encourage everyone to post their contracts when they are sent to Disney, no matter if they are big, small, or in-between !

Just a reminder if you post your details: I need your username---resort-# of points-UY-cost per point- total cost including MF, closing, etc.- #/14, #15, #16 and so on- date sent- any other details (seller pays MF, etc.)

Then come back and post whether you passed or not. Or I will chase you down! Just kidding. But, in the spirit of helping everyone who uses this thread as a resource, please do let us know whether or not Disney waived your contract so that the data is complete.

Congrats to you on your pass. That would be wonderful if it took only 12 days and get a pass out of it. I've watched the threads a can't pin down a pattern other than if it's low price Disney snags it back.

Hey... Thank you so much pangyal for fixing it, and thank you for the kind words of welcome! We've been dying to hear that familiar "Welcome home" phrase!

Sorry that I didn't do it in the correct format. The purchase price is $19,800. Additionally, the buyer also pays 2016 MF and closing.

WOW so much info to take in, but very helpful. Ive talked to both a DVC reseller and directly with Disney today looking at both options. The only downfall with resale is a spur of the moment trip thats taking place in April and it would be too close to the closing to use those points.
