This will be family's first cruise. We are interested in doing the FE For my 8 year old.

It doesn't look like anyone has started organizing a Fish Extender group for our sail date yet. I'd be happy to do it, but may need help/guidance as this is our first DCL and I've never participated in anything like it before.

Just from browsing the threads up to this point, I am seeing the following people who are interested. If you are not on this list and wish to be, please let me know and I'll add you. (If I missed someone taking charge of this already, please do tell me, and I'll happily hand the reigns over!)

My wife, DD (9), and myself are booked on this cruise and am already getting excited. We booked when the cruise date was released so have tried not to be too excited but now that we are coming up on 6 months left the excitement is growing. This will be our 4th cruise but our first DCL. I can't wait to start booking excursions but unfortunately we are in the last group since we are first time DCL.

Hope to get to know you all on the board over the next few months.

One thing I have found on my two prior Disney Cruises are that while they offer some interesting excursions they don't have an enormous variety and they are extremely over priced vs booking the same thing yourself directly with a tour organizer or something similar. Though keep in mind booking thru a cruise line can provide more peace of mind and other benefits than doing it yourself however I thought I'd warn you of the slight chance of sticker shock on the Disney excursions.

In this case though, there is a specific excursion that I want for Grand Caymen for the Stingray City with a boat that has a platform you walk off of instead of a ladder, my wife has bad knees and can't climb a boat ladder and this would be perfect for her. Already checked with the tour operator and they only book through the cruise line so I am hoping by the time our booking time rolls around it will still be available.

Love to join the group. my husband and I have been invited to travel with my daughter, son in law and two grandsons ages 5 and 8.
Need a bit more information. Do you leave one gift on the trip or you leave something each day. Does it need to be Disney or can it be anything such as something from your area.

This is my first Disney cruise and I am very excited!! It will be my 3 year old daughter and myself going. We will be with other family as well for a couple birthdays. My daughter and I would love to join in the FE group!!
