"Pirate, Your Reputation Precedes You!" The Stitchs Do WDW & The Dream! New 9/7!

After a nap, we started getting ready for dinner. That night was “Dress Up Night”, and the characters were going to be out in their formalwear. You know me. . .that meant we were going for pictures! I went through the Navigator to figure out the best “plan of attack” for our character stalking endeavor! First up was Daisy!

She was in the area outside where the shops are, and when we got there, there was NO ONE there. The shops were closed (because we were still in port). Right then, Daisy and her handler came up. Well, as the handler walked up, he said, “Oh! Look! There’s Dalton.” I was a little freaked until I realized the handler was Harper, the guy we had met the day before with Chip and Dale. Dalton talked to him for a few minutes, and then Daisy decided we all needed to windowshop and pick out the things we wanted to buy later. So for about 10 minutes, we all walked around that area all alone with Daisy, just having a good time!

After we had fun shopping, we had our pictures made!

From there, it was a mad character dash! We went from that area, to the atrium, and back to that area, just meeting different characters in their dress-up clothes! D thought it was TERRIFIC!!

After all of that character greeting, we went to the atrium where I (perish the thought!!) made D take individual pics (hey, I knew I was getting the CD! Let’s take some pics!!)

Then we had to take advantage of the other photo ops.

Now. . .we managed to do ALL of that in the little bit before dinner! I was so excited to go into dinner knowing we had gotten all of those cool photos!

Awwwwww! The characters in their formal wear are so cute! I love Minnie's outfit! How nice the solo time with daisy :)

What a fantastic round of character (and D!) pictures! Looks like you even managed to sneak in the whole family for some! :) And everyone looks so great in their formalwear (humans too!)

Can't wait for the next update (with food perhaps?!)

I love all of your pictures! The characters look so cute in their formal wear. I hope we get to take a picture with Daisy on our cruise. I think I've only ever seen her once in the parks.

All caught up! How is D liking school so far?

You guys really managed to get a lot done before dinner! I love the characters in their formal wear, one of my favourite pictures of my younger brother is from our Disney cruise in 2002 with Minnie all dressed up. It is good to be able to get all of those shots when you are paying for the CD, and D looks so cute :)

It really was terrific! I loved the time and all of the "special" outfits!! :thumbsup2

It was such a fun night! I read that they were changing up the dress code for the dinners, but I think we will still do dress up night just to get the pics!

Very cute pics! :goodvibes

Thank you!!!

Good luck trying to choose between all of those! They are absolutely awesome!

Aww, thank you! It was definitely hard to pick!

What great pictures! Thanks for sharing!

Great pics! Just curious why they all say April 2013 when the cruise was in March??

They all say April 2013 because when they had to redo my CD (since the one I originally got was the wrong people), they put April on them. Since it took 2 months to get them, I didn't care what date they had on them!! ;)

Daisy was out several nights, so I bet you will get a pic with her!! I love Daisy!!

I was all about getting pics! We definitely kept moving before dinner!! D is loving school--hates to color, but loves everything else!!

Wonderful formal pictures! Dalton looks so handsome!

Thank you!!! :goodvibes

Ok, y'all. . .I haven't disappeared! Update coming below!

After all of our photo ops, the guys were MORE than ready to go to dinner! Tonight, our dinner was in Royal Palace. I was excited to see it because of the theming, and I was also glad we were in there on “dress up” night! I thought the pictures in the restaurant of all of the princesses were just gorgeous! I snapped a few while we were in there:

The bread basket was also adorable!!

Just before we ordered, one of the photographers came around for. . .you guessed it. . .more pictures!!

Then, it was time to eat! I can’t remember everything we had, but I do remember that I liked it a LOT better than Enchanted Garden!

Here are some food pics (you know we’ve got to see them!!):

After dinner was over, we went out to find that Andrew and Victoria were set up again! D was ready to get his dancing on!!

While we were dancing with him and watching him, the crew of the Dream came into the Atrium to meet and greet and to take pics. D and I found the Captain so we could have our picture made!

All too soon, I drug D away from his precious Victoria, and we went back to the room. I had to bribe him with the chance to call room service again!

That night, there was a double feature in the theater—“Wreck It Ralph” and “Oz: The Great and Powerful”. While D and I relaxed in the room and had our room service, Brian went to see both of them. He really enjoyed it!!

We had opted not to go see “Villains Tonight!”, and I was glad we did. I wasn’t sure D would like it, and it was so nice just to relax and kick back!

Before we went to sleep, I ordered breakfast for the next day. . .look out, World, it’s CASTAWAY CAY DAY!!

I liked Royal Palace the best too. Everything was yummy!

Villains Tonight was my fav show, but I understand that it is hard with little ones to sit there through it.

Great pictures!

HOORAY FOR DISNEY CRUISE FOOD PORN! Seriously, amongst all Disney Food Porn, DCL Food Porn is my #1 favorite. If I haven't said it enough. And probably will say it again.

Look at you all hanging out with the captain! Lookin' sharp!

HOORAY for Castaway Cay! Can't wait for more!

Love all the formal pictures with the characters (and you) dressed up. Must say, Donald looks so different without a hat on :lmao:

I'm glad that you enjoyed Royal Palace - it really has beautiful theming. The food looks really good, and dressing up is always fun too. As much as it is nice to go and enjoy all of the things that the ship has to offer, it is also nice to have a quiet night and enjoy the room that you paid for!

Catching up...Royal Palace looks so pretty AND so delish! So fun to hear about the cruise!! :thumbsup2

I am OBSESSED with the glass slipper chandelier! I want one! The bread basket is so cute as well!!

That double feature sounds awesome, but room service is pretty enticing too...can't go wrong either way. I probably would have hated Villains Tonight at that age, to be honest, so I totally get skipping it!

WOW! Look at that gorgeous chandelier! Hmmm I wonder how well that would go in my dining room... :rotfl:
Dinner looks lovely!
That sounds like my kind of double feature! :thumbsup2

I am LOVING your TR! What an exciting adventure, Disney World AND a cruise! I have to be honest, I have looked into a cruise many a time but worried that it would be as awesome as a true Disney trip. I think you've proved me wrong! :thumbsup2 I am so impressed at how relaxing the cruise seems to be! I was worried that it would be too much for my family of 5, but it looks like a blast! I'm loving the inside looks and hints that I'm getting from your adventure.

PS - Added CHH to our list of restaurants to hit... that apple pie looks too good to be true!pixiedust:
