Official APH Rate Info for Universal Loews Hotel Properties

September 10 to September 16? That includes Friday and Saturday nights. It can be tough to get weekend APH rates.

The hotels generally fill up on Saturday night, not much need for Universal to offer APH rates for Saturdays, especially the Hard Rock.

I'd grab one of the other hotels now and hope for something better later.

You too? Aventura has been an anomaly in the rates. I have Stay More Save More at $138 for 2 queen room and I have not seen a better rate.

Depends on a couple of things: Florida resident discount and early January. I've gotten $119/night this past January which is usually the lowest I can get without an AP.

I meant specifically for those September dates, I have 9/10-9/17 for $138 average per night. The best I recall having was near the end of last September APH rate average $112.5 per night for 7 nights.

I think parking was $18/night then too. They tried to charge me $21/night this past January, but I was already booked under the previous term(s) and they honored the difference.

Yeah, that’s what I got. It’s a bargain compared to our HRH rate in October.

Wow, I had Aventura Sept 27 - Oct 1 for average of $190/nt SMSM, just got AP rates either 181 Aventura or CBBR for 162. Went for CBBR. Would prefer Aventura, the extra AP cost was for the skyline room. Will keep checking for a std room.

Heads up! There are AP rates available for a lot of nights the first week of October, looking the 6th - 12th.
. Now I REALLY have to decide ASAP which hotel and what nights we're going to to HHN!

Yes, looks like annual rate rates through the evening of October 31.

Seems like Universal is seeing soft bookings. Typically, AP rates are available 2-3 months before. They currently have AP rates out for the next 6 months.

Ugh, Universal, you are stressing me out!

I have a SMSM reservation currently booked that starts on 10/31. If I book just that one night, it goes down by $60. But if I try for all 4 nights, I lose the AP rate. Come on, guys, give me a break and add the APH rates for one more week. [insert whine here]

Seeing some rates for October - but I think they have more to load so keep checking back over the next few days IMO.

Oddly the weekends are more expensive with the APH rate than the stay more save more - its $10 more for Friday and Saturday at Dockside with APH rate. Of course its cheaper on the other days so it works out in the end, but Ill keep checking back - I recall it fluctuation quite a bit last year.

I booked 2 nights, just in case, but still need to book a Thursday night. Just trying to decide the best night for HHN, Sunday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and then what type of hotel, do we want premier, etc. I did book RP for Sunday, CB for Wed night, but I really would prefer not to stay at CB. Not my favorite. Will look at Thursday options soon too, but I think I"d prefer to do HHN earlier in the trip.
Anyway, SO glad to finally see some AP rates, I'd been checking every day.

We have HRH for 9/29-10/4 at the "save more" rate but I was hoping to switch to RP so I'm hoping they add more rooms over the next few days! Not seeing many regular rooms at the EP hotels other than Portofino.

We are also hoping at add a premiere throw away room for Monday night for the Monday/Tuesday express pass before HHN on Wednesday. Patiently waiting for AP rates....

I was looking for single nights, and there is so much variance in the premier hotels. Wed had very few good rates, at the premiers and SF and ADV, then Thurs had a good Portofino rate, but the Sunday prior had a good RP rate. They were all over the place. Hope everyone can find some great rates for the dates they're needing!!
