And I am a nervous wreck! In a nut shell, I am 56 and started getting slight double vision in my left eye last year. My contact prescription for my left eye went from a -2.50 to a -3.50. This year my right eye is the same, -2.25 as last year. My left eye is off the chart. After seeing a specialist, I am a top candidate for the PanOptix Trifocal lens. From what I have been told and read, My vision will be brighter, sharper and clearer once this is done but that still does not ease the anxiety I am feeling over this surgery. I am told that I will be awake. Really? So the surgeon will put a knife to my eyeball while I am awake! Sounds fun, not! So tomorrow morning at 7:45 I am going through with it but not looking forward to it. Anyone with advise or experience please feel free to chime in!
