Finally decided to stop messing around and give a full 100% to diet and exercise.
The plan Weightwatchers.
Exercise, the gym 5 mornings a week.
Even though I've been going to the gym for 3 weeks I haven't bothered doing the WW.
It all begins Friday. I'm not going to the meetings as I find an hour of talking food not much help!!
