Okay gang, to make sure I'm journaling my points, I'm going to write my journal down here as well as on my hard drive just to DOUBLY make sure I am doing this the right way.

Okay, I missed a few days of journaling, but I did journal, I just forgot to post it here, so I'm starting with my weigh-in on Tuesday. Not having gone to the last 4 meetings (ouch! - well, 2 weeks I was in WDW, so that didn't count) I was sure I'd gained. BUT, I actually lost a lb! Not much, but pretty darn good for not journaling and not going to meetings. I made a pact w/ a friend at work that we'd go to every meeting. We're also going to compete a little and whoever loses the most that week gets something from the other person (a healthy dinner, small gift, etc.) so now I have even more motivation. (Not to mention my Disney Cruise when I reach goal!) So without further adu, here is my journal for Tuesday!

OK, I was a little bad today, but I was hungry. I managed to stay OP though I've been trying to stay lower. *I'm supposed to eat 26 points a day, but for me that's usually way too much for me to feel I'm actually losing, so I've been trying to keep it under.* So anyway, here goes. I'm just venting - I'm still on program and will be going on a nice long walk after I post this today, so it's all good. :)

I was a bad girl today :(

Mike and I went for an evening out to a new nearby casino. We were going to eat dinner and decided on this buffet (all the other restaurants were closed for some reason). The buffet had some EXCELLENT food and was so worth blowing my points for one day. I've been really good, so I know I shouldn't beat myself up for it. But I choose not to post my journal today. (Besides, it would take me a while to look everything up.)

So I will eat very low on points tomorrow and drink lots of H20!!
