Three more sleeps until California! My motivation this week is to make good, healthy choices for three more days before letting it all go and having a blast on vacation. This morning I ran intervals during my 5k (30 second sprint, 1 minute recover job, 10 times) so that I can shave some time off my pace heading into my 10k next month.What is motivating you this week? What are you looking to get out of this week?
