It's not on the app but someone posted the Fantastic package menu higher up on this thread that has the salad on it.I don't even see that on the menu - is it only for the F! package?

That's what I meant by my initial comment of it being interesting they called it "Mexican-Korean fusion"... it seemed like they only added a Korean potato salad. Maybe they are using some Korean inspired spices on things?Yeah, I've had bulgogi tacos - it isn't that unusual. That said, what on the new Rancho del Zocalo menu is actually Korean inspired?
Yeah, like where's the bulgogi? Bibimbap? Galbi? I mean, not even kimchi on the side? lolThat's what I meant by my initial comment of it being interesting they called it "Mexican-Korean fusion"... it seemed like they only added a Korean potato salad. This isn't the first time that Disney has combined flavors to make unique dishes. The birria ramen at Lucky Fortune Cookery is/was immensely popular. They also have a beef bulgogi burrito.
I wouldn't call the birria ramen a unique dish. It's been a widely popular mix in my city for half a dozen years now. This isn't the first time that Disney has combined flavors to make unique dishes. True. I should have said that they have done other fusion dishes.I wouldn't call the birria ramen a unique dish. It's been a widely popular mix in my city for half a dozen years now.
Oh no!!! That’s a bummer. One of the few restaurant that had options for vegetarian.Rancho del Zocalo has menu changes:
They have gotten rid of the cauliflower tacos, enchiladas and chicken taco salad bowl !!
Taco plates don't come with rice and beans, now just chips!
More importantly, it's now reserved dining?!!
I personally don't like their new flavors since the reopening post Covid.
However, what an interesting change, especially since the three new Hispanic inspired restaurants have opened up in downtown Disney.
