Now you're thinking! This is from Pecos Bills; someone tell me what it is.
Art or does it serve a purpose? Some old time tool?

Kind of looks like a pendulum. Is it from a clock or scale?
A new one for the rest of the week:
A new one for the rest of the week:
Looks like a special light switch or something one can put coins in. Is it outside or inside?
Is it some sort of machine you can put a card in like a vending, ATM....?
We're in for a predicted VERY rainy/stormy weekend and flight Monday isn't looking to be "smooth". All of our weekend weather is moving east, so I'm off to run a few last minute errands. Think about this until I return...
This is a "machine" that's outside and you put coins in it. Later...
A new one for the rest of the week:
Probably not but I'll start with pressed penny? Another thought how about a pay phone?
lockers in a park?
Long day but last minute Christmas shopping done and groceries bought so no quick trip for food when we get back. Turned a corner in the grocery store and met a lady wearing one of the "It's A Wrap" tee shirts from last years Osborne Lights. I told her...I HAVE A SHIRT JUST LIKE THAT... and we began talking. She and her family are leaving Wednesday for 5 days! We made plans to meet in HS.
Good thoughts but none will solve the crop. This is not a pressed penny machine, not a payphone and not a locker. It is from a park.

Accepts coins......HS? A parking meter prop? Vending machine?
Coin operated binoculars?
Funny meeting a someone with the same shirt as you and going at the same time.
...and even funnier...I took the shirt out of my closet this morning to wear and thought twice about it since I don't want to have to do laundry before Monday.
Good thinking...this is a parking meter prop in HS. Tell me where.
Obvious first choice would be on the backlot streets?
