Seeing everyone that passed on 4/26 with a variety of dates they submitted, I am convinced there are scheduled dates that Disney reviews resales and sends decisions. Mine was only sent on 4/22 and it has turned into an obsession!!!

I think you are correct. When I passed my last ROFR, there were quite a few others who passed on the same day. I think they submit the decisions once a week or something like that.

Hi Brian0718! I cannot say with absolute certainty that I passed on the 26th. That was the day my broker notified me. The escrow fee was charged to my account on the 22nd., so the title co. received word on the 22nd that I passed.

As far as the obsession goes... Been there, done that & would probably do it again if I were to go into another resale contract. You're among friends here...

After 30 days exactly, at 330pm Pacific time we finally got notification we passed! Way to take it to the limit Disney lol!

Anyway, hurray!! Broker says about 3 weeks until closing docs are sent out.
