DAS video chat experience

Just wanted to post my experience fwiw. We planned a very last minute trip (never have done that before!). Our arrival date is May 20 coincidentally the day new changes take effect. I called 9 am eastern time and waited less than five minutes to get a video chat started. We were asked the needs for a DAS, picture was taken and I ended the chat and went back later to request our preselections. Very quick and easy. Hope this will help with anyone’s anxiety over the video chat.
