Prix fixe at BOG

I'll wait to reserve final judgement when the full menu comes out but I'm glad I have a reservation in May as my gut feeling right now is we won't be back. The new items they have mentioned are things that are not up my alley. I don't see it worth being at the price point they are going to be putting it at with only the Beast in attendance.

The link I read says $55 per adult or 2 Dining Credits. This may make getting an ADR there easier. It certainly will stop those making reservations just for desert which should increase availability for those wanting the full meal.

It will be interesting to see how this works.

That is NOT an official link. The official Disney link does not have the price point or the move to signature dining. That doesn't mean it won't happen, but please, let's try not to spread what is still a RUMOR as if it is fact.

Also, if they are now taking reservations, guests can call for details about pricing, etc., which is what I'm guessing many of the bloggers have done.

I'm seeing it as being reported on The HUB $55/$352 credits and all Prix Fixe (don't know if the screen shot is allowed here or not, since it's from The HUB)

It should replace the a la carte menu. If it doesn't, it adds expense without likely commensurate increase in revenue per patron.

I decided to call. I'll let y'all know when I get someone.

This was on our must list for September but I'm rethinking it now.

Someone on another thread reported that she called, and Disney dining confirmed all prix fixe and 2 credits or $55/$35

I honestly don't doubt the screen shot of The HUB I've seen either. Sorry to all who had hoped for other results.

The woman on the phone is really cagey.

Menu will be upgraded is all she would say.

Unsure if a la carte is going away.

Told me to keep a lookout on the app for updated menu.

Price is set at $55 for adults and it is 2 table credits.

Welp, peace out BOG. I liked you, but I don't like this change. I'm pretty disappointed. Especially as I was using it as incentive for my child to eat more to eat the things they offered on the menu here and now he won't get to. Oh well. Should be fun explaining that to him. (He's on the spectrum or else it probably wouldn't be a big deal.)

I'm so glad for this change! Maybe now I'll get a reservation so we can actually sit down and eat a meal instead of the slots being all gobbled up by people only ordering a cupcake. They need a cupcake ATM or something on the side of the castle for those folks. I'm sure the servers love this new idea.

I would agree about the cupcakes and reservations. It was frustrating, but I did like their steak and enjoyed my dinners there.

I don't think I ever said this was fact. Previous posters were asking for a link to information. This was one. Others have mentioned other links.

Cupcake atm, LOL... Actually, not a bad idea. Have a selection of all the cupcakes, along with bottled waters, coffees, or juices, for $10 each. Have a FP and a standby line for it also!

Not really a fan of this change either. I mean, throw in Lumiere, Cogsworth, and Mrs. Potts and I would be fine with it. I LOVE CRT, but I feel like it's a much better bang for you buck than this will be. I love meeting Beast, but not for this price.
