I'm typing up a budget for a wedding for 18-30 people but I'm unsure whether we have included everything we need to. What am I still missing that would show up on a BEO or I should consider?

Four Seasons Intimate Wedding Package- $4400 with tax
  • Location
  • Dress Steaming
  • Officiant
  • 1.5 hour photography
  • White Folding Chairs
  • Floral
  • Celebration Toast
  • Officiant- included
2 Tier Cake for 30- $200?
Limo for 2 hours- $200?
Drink Budget from grocery store- $400
Manicure/ Pedicure at GF Senses Spa- $155
Hair/ Makeup- $180
Dinner California Grill with Wishes- $1,500-3,000
Photography 3 hours- $425 (quoted price)

What else do I need? :)

  • Marriage license: $93.50
  • Personal floral for attendants
  • Photo products like albums and prints or a disc of images
  • Videography
  • Welcome bags?
Maybe this is included in a separate budget, but of course there are expenses for the gown, formalwear, rings, veil and accessories....

200 sounds light for a limo. The cake budget may be light if you want a specially designed cake. Th last cake I had for a party was almost 1000 for 100 people but it was three tier and a special design,

Do you want chair covers?

Also don't you want to stand under a trellis or something pretty? Maybe it's included in location. Does floral include bridal bouquet, flowers around the venue, flowers for attendants, rose petals to walk on?

Do You want flowers and candles on tables at dinner? Will there be cocktails after ceremony? Is that the drink budget? You might also want some light Appetizers before dinner during cocktails. Will there be music during and after ceremony? Presents for attendants? Dress to change into for reception?

Are you keeping this just for the wedding day itself, or the budget for everything related to the wedding? For example, transportation to Florida, unless you're in the Orlando area or driveable (though you could account for gas there). Do you intend on favors for guests?

I saw dress steaming but not dress in the budget so make sure you think about the actual cost of your dress.

Also tux rental (or buying) for the groom as well as small things like cuff links, tie, etc.

If this is a destination wedding and you aren't local then hotel, trips for planning/tastings, flights.
