Legal advice when buying into DVC from UK

Hi there...
We're from the UK and just in the process of signing contracts for our purchase / membership of DVC at Polynesian (Florida law), buying directly from Disney.

We've been through all the documents and are broadly happy with them, we think.

Has anyone buying from the UK referred the documents to a solicitor/attorney in either in the UK or US? Do we need to?
We're having trouble finding a UK firm willing to look at the contracts for us.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated - thank you :-)

We never bothered - can't see why you would get a UK lawyer involved as they are based on US law.

TBH the size of DVC and the sheer number of contracts you probably don't need to worry.

We didn't get anyone to look at our contract, I'm not sure what benefit this would have or even if you could change the contract if there was something in it you didn't agree with.

We have bought 3 resale contracts and have never used or felt the need to use a solicitor in the UK.

Thanks everyone.
The size of DVC membership certainly helps. We were also aware it would need an expert in US, not UK, law. Tracking one down was part of our difficulty.
Whilst any 'adverse advice' wouldn't make us think we could change the contract, it might point out something that we'd missed and affect our decision whether to join. (the notorious timeshare "you signed whaaat???!" conversation!)
Thanks for the help - it's good to know other people have by and large just 'taken the plunge'.
Looking forward to planning our '17 trip! :-)

I am a UK Lawyer, there were a few questions I had when I bought, I bought resale, my questions with the title company weree mainly around guarding of monies until the points were allocated to my account. However, I found the process very straightforward, even with the slight added complication of a resale purchase. No UK lawyer is really qualified to advise on the legal technicalities of a US real estate purchase, they could only offer general observations unless they were dual Florida qualified and experienced. One thing I would say though- did you consider resale- it is often significantly cheaper and being from the UK normally any 'perks' are not worth it to Brits.
