FP / early morning priorities

Will be at DLP for one day, only doing the one park. Its been tough for me to pick our touring plan, I'm used to reading easywdw for advice on how to move across the park in a certain way to miss lines.

Any advice on what rides run out of FP in the morning or get longer lines after the first few hours of the park opening would be helpful. We're hoping to cover most of the park so we have a lot to do and only one day to do it!

Thanks :)

are you just doing the main park? if so, head for big thunder mountain first.

if you're doing both parks, or just the studios, get to Ratatouille as fast as you can!

I too am interested in some sort of touring plan. We are also going for one day (both parks if we can squeeze it in) and this is our first trip. Are you traveling with children? We have a 5 year old and I don't think she will be too keen on BTM since she is not a fan of roller coasters although my husband and I want to ride it. Do they offer child swap at DLP? I read somewhere else that Peter Pan is also a good one to get an early FP.

Do they offer child swap at DLP

Yup they do. Peter pan is a good one to get fast passes for, however as someone else mentioned if you want to do Ratatouille then get those 1st! The parks are right next to each other so its dead easy to exit one and go in the other.

So you recommend that we go to WDSP first to get Ratatouille FPs then go back to DLP first thing in the morning? We are not staying on property so won't be able to go early to DLP for EMH :( We can hold one FP for say Ratatouille and another at the other park at the same time correct? Just not more than one per park at the same time.

I suppose it all depends on what you're desporate to do. You could get FP for Ratatouille then go and ride crushes coaster (which also gets really long lines), do the rest of studio's (its not huge so shouldn't take too long) by the time you're finished hopefully you'll have also been on ratatouille by this time.

Then go to DL park and do what you can there. however you may sacrifice going on peter pans flight. So you'll just have to weight up what you want to do.

However if you've never been before and only want to do one park then forget Ratatouille and do DL park. Which in my opinion is much much better!!!

But you do sacrifice riding ratatouille - depends on who you speak to, but I think that's not such a big deal.

Hmmm. What to do! I would like to do Ratatouille since it is unique to Paris location (we always go to WDW) but I think my daughter would prefer DL park in general. Maybe I will send my husband to get FP for Ratatouille and then I will get FP for Peter Pan and he can just come back and meet up with us! He likes getting exercise :) One person can get FP for everyone in the party correct without everyone being there? Or is it that one person can get them but has to have all the tickets? In that case then my plan won't work. :(

I'm afraid not, who ever gets the FP needs all four tickets, just like the old WDW FP used to work. i mean the other option is just to queue for peter pans flight, sure it takes time but if its that important to you then do it.
