You are responsible for all child safety seats in taxis, shuttles vans, cars, etc. There is no way to request a car seat in an Uber or Lyft and it's very unlikely that a driver will carry an appropriate selection of safety seats on the off chance that someone will need one. There may be some shuttles or liveries where you can request a car seat, but the general response I've seen to that is that many people don't trust an unknown seat, which is probably why many don't bother offering it at all.We have used Super Shuttle for the last few trips and have no complaints. I am wondering if someone can confirm that they do indeed make you responsible for placing all kids under 8 years old in carseats that you have brought with you. And will they not shuttle you if you are unprepared? I wonder if any Uber drivers carry carseats, might be a good niche market for DL and WDW areas...
