Combining Ticket Types Question

I have 2 days left from an old no-expiration pass from 2006 that I am finally planning to use up during my upcoming RO trip (we usually get a package, so I haven't been able to use it before). Since it's been much longer than 14 days since first use, I know I cannot add to the existing ticket and was planning to just buy another 2 day pass to cover my other days.

My question is: how does this work with the magicband and FP+? I would link everything in MDE, but how do they know how to use them up and will I be OK to book 4 separate days of FP+? We will be going to each park one day.

Thanks!

You'll be fine booking FP+ for all days that you have admission, regardless of the number of tickets. You can stop at Guest Services to have them "priortize" the tickets, but that doesn't sound necessary for you if you're going to use up all days.

But, keep in mind that your NE ticket is very valuable. It's worth about $200. Another two-day ticket will cost you that much, but a four-day ticket would cost you about $300. It might be better to save the NE ticket and buy a new one for this trip.

Thanks and I have thought about all the options. Still up in the air. This is the first I've had the chance to do this since we take advantage of free dining just about every time we go. I priced it out and it costs me about $107 more to buy what I want now and save the NE tickets, so I totally agree it's a great savings to keep them in hand for the right vacation fit. I guess I need to figure out if I would take a short trip like that any time relatively soon, rather than our week+ standard!
