Seasonal /weekday restaurant closures

Hey,

I've read that some of the restaurants have limited opening hours I.e Walts is closed on Mondays and Tuesday's. Can anyone confirm if any of these tend to close between Monday - Thursday or off peak? (We're going early Oct). I'm finding conflicting information online and you guys always know.
Walts (other than mon/tues)
Blue Lagoon
Agrabah Cafe
Bistro Chez Remy?

I'm trying to plot where a half day in Paris will fall but naturally want to plan my Disney dining first!

Walts and Agrabah are often closed on certain days. Remys is new so open every day at the moment and Im not sure about Blue Lagoon but I think it is open most days.
However things can change drastically between now and October - closer to the time you can get a list of what is open which days but its way too early now.
Im assuming you are used to planning for WDW where dining has to be booked months in advance - in DLP it is much more relaxed and you can get away with booking just before you go or even when you arrive
